The Client Service Representative plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across a wide range of administrative and support functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a client-centric focus, and be comfortable working in a dynamic financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • Answer incoming client calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Follow up on client requests and outstanding service items in a timely manner.
  • Proactively update clients regarding the status of their requests or pending actions.

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule client appointments, and facilitate introductions to CPAs, Estate Attorneys, or other professionals as needed.
  • Prepare and print all necessary file documentation for advisor’s daily client interactions.
  • Assist clients in reallocating existing 401(k) accounts, following the advisor’s recommended allocation models.
  • Process withdrawal requests accurately, and diligently track their completion.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and updated client records, ensuring confidentiality and organization.

Collaboration:

  • Facilitate smooth communication between the financial advisor and clients, acting as a reliable liaison.
    Cooperate with other departments or team members to resolve client issues or meet special requests.
