The HR Administrator of the firm assists the CEO as well as the VP’s of the company in many regular corporate functions, including but not limited to: on-boarding of new team members, health insurance benefit questions and administration requirements, company retirement plan administration, reconciliation of company books, and workplace safety. The HR administrator manages the main training tools for our new hire team members. In essence, the HR Administrator of the company serves as a link between our organization’s management and our core team members.
